Butternut Squash & Thyme Rigatoni | Low Carb | Paleo Pasta


Fresh Ontario butternut squash from Stabler Farms is slow roasted, mashed with thyme then incorporated into NUDL paleo pasta dough.  This combination creates a pasta delicate enough to enjoy with a drizzle of olive oil yet hardy enough to withstand a decadent cream sauce.

This is a seasonal product so order now before the squash are gone 🙂

The low carbohydrate pasta is made from whole cassava flour combined with arrowroot starch for a delicious take on tradition.  Paleo friendly; this pasta is perfect for anyone wishing to reduce the amount of carbs consumed.
