Garlicky Mac & Cheese
300 g pkg
NUDL Garlic Maccheroni
or any short cut pasta of choice
GF all purpose flour
fresh ground pepper
extra old cheddar
shredded and divided in half
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil; add in NUDL’s and cook for 2 minutes. Strain and rinse with cold water, set aside.
Melt butter in a sauce pan add in flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, stirring constantly until you have a smooth rue.
Add in milk very slowly stirring constantly. Once all the milk is added bring to a simmer then add in half the cheese stir until melted.
Let sauce cool slightly then toss with maccheroni in an oven safe pan, top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
