  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil; add in NUDL’s and cook for 2 minutes. Strain and rinse with cold water, set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a sauce pan add in flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, stirring constantly until you have a smooth rue.
  3. Add in milk very slowly stirring constantly. Once all the milk is added bring to a simmer then add in half the cheese stir until melted.
  4. Let sauce cool slightly then toss with maccheroni in an oven safe pan, top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
